Caza BJJ

Caza BJJ was established in 2017 in Noosa Heads. It caters for all levels with kids and beginners classes through to comp crews. The gym is open 6 days a week with sessions covering:

Training

• All levels
• BJJ Intro & Fundamentals
• Self Defence
• Women only self defence
• No Gi
• Drilling
• Open Mat
• Kids 4-7, 7-12 years, comp crew
• Parents & Kids
• BJJ Games
• Bully Stop Program

Classes are split throughout the day so be sure to check the timetable for session times. There are early morning, midday and afternoon/evening classes.

The team competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments.
