MBA Boxing

MBA Group Fitness and Boxing is a fully equipped gym that offers boxing team sessions as well as a range of fitness classes. It is open to everyone with boxing classes for kids beginning at 6 years old. MBA Boxing is open 6 days a week and the timetable is split. There are early morning sessions six days a week, mid morning sessions 4 days a week. Afternoon and evening classes are available weekdays. Boxing team classes are held during these hours. A Strength and Conditioning session is offered to Elite Boxers on Saturday mornings.

MBA Boxing is based at Browns Plains on the southside of Brisbane. It’s not far off Browns Plains Rd and down from the Harvey Norman.

The team competes in Boxing Queensland amateur tournaments and also has sparring sessions with other gyms.

• Peewee Boxing – for 6 to 9 year olds. Held 3 days a week
• Junior Boxing – Elite Boxing. Held 4 days a week

Saturday mornings are set aside Bootcamps that run over a number of weeks.

MBA Facilities

Floor mats cover a large portion of the training space. There is also a boxing ring and large back rack with plenty of bags. Around the gym you’ll find a range of strength and conditioning equipment and other gear.
