Body Shot Boxing Club opened in 2018 as a not for profit organisation and a registered club. The gym is located in Caboolture to the north of Brisbane.
Training
The gym is open 6 days a week. On weekdays it’s open from 4am to 10pm, and on Saturdays from 6am to 12pm. Class sessions and open gym are scheduled throughout the day. Classes include:
Boxfit
Boxing Strength & Conditioning
Fighter only
Females boxing and fitness
4-8 years, as well as beginner boxing 8+
Boxers Only
Boxers only sessions are each weekday between 5pm and 7pm. There are early morning sessions for boxers as well three days a week.
They also offer 8 week boot camps and school term programs for kids fitness.
Casual visits to the gym are $15 per visit, 10 visit passes $75, unlimited 1 month $110. Prices at February 2019 and subject to change.
