The Stafford gym of Integrated MMA is one of three in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Integrated MMA Stafford is HQ and was established back in 2003. The gym is located 10 minutes north of the Brisbane CBD. They have a full stable of fighters and regularly compete at fight shows.
Training is offered 5/6 days a week with all weekday sessions being of an afternoon and evening. Saturdays are for open mat sessions, with members notified of available days. They offer a range of training sessions including:

Youth Self Defence
No Gi Submission Wrestling
Muay Thai / Kickboxing
BJJ Gi
Private training is available upon request.
Integrated MMA Stafford Facilities
There is a large open mat space for training, as well as cage walls, an MMA cage, and a variety of bags and other equipment. There is also a fight shop on site for all your gear and equipment needs.
