The Academy of Grounding helps students to develop themselves through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga and well-being classes. Taking BJJ classes is Professor Antonio Lauro Rodrigues, who received his black belt directly from the Gracies. The Academy is open 6 days a week and offers a range of sessions including:
